Another Valentine card for you tonight.
I mixed pink and red this time:
I used paper from K&Company "BW Sweet Talk Heart Stripes", rub'on (the koalas), frame and stylish heart from Walmart and 3 red gems. I did some paper pricking and finally added the words using Magenta clear stamps set: CS-050 Mots d'événements.

Hearts, Roses and... Koalas!
Valentine is not so far...
Thats why I already began my cardmaking. I used a sketch for a challenge on Boutique Pop'Art forum.
I used ordinary cardstock, inked them and do some piercing around my image. I also add some piercing at corners and give them a little "twist" to have texture. (oh! my english is not good now! lol please help me to say it right girls!)
The image is a simple rub'on. I found them at dollar store and I couldn't resist!
They are soooo cute! Finally, I added a fabric rose and voilà! My first Valentine card of this year is done!
Oh and btw, if you're interested, look at my blog in french to find a little blog candy. You have until january 22 to enter. Thanks!

The first card of 2009
Oh no... I won't do the promise to show you one card by week... LOL
I'm not good keeping this kind of promise!
Lots of projects in my head makes me forget about my blog too often!
Today I show you a card made for my daughter's birthday, order from Mamy.
I put together all the things my daughter loves: glitter, soft things (the felt border), cupcake (design from Marieke Vermeulen), dots and pink...
What a contract! But I think I made it!
